I have paid my residential phone bill for years )418-379-2184) in Quebec. I am now on vacation in P. E. I. I went to pay my phone bill online and I could not access my account. I haven't changed my account or password. The phone bill comes in my email (Hotmail) where I just open it up. But yesterday I could not. If I try to access my account too often, it will block me out. Need help.
