Good day
Two days ago I received a SMS stating that my account will be suspended due to non payment. I phoned the call center to find out the details and I arranged to pay the R587. 71 at the end of this month. (Nov 2016) I then paid R300 straight away. Today my phone has been suspended and when I call in to find out why they say I should have paid. I have had this contract for more than two and a half years and I have never received a statement. How must I know when my account is not up to date if I have never received an account. And why do I make payment arrangements that you agree to and then still suspend my account. I'm very unhappy with this service. The number that has been suspended is 0817267893. Please can I receive a statement each month. Gillianterblanche@live. Co. Za
